Thuram and Koopmeiners need more match time as their touch is heavy. Di Gregorio needs to improve too. Vlahovic needs to do better to justify his salary. Conceicao is great though and Yildiz is good for his age.

I think it was a good performance until the subs and then the momentum seemed to go. Their main threat was through the winger who gave Cabal a hard time, but I didn't think they threatened much outside of that.

I think Koopmeiners will score a lot of goals, he just needs to get that first one. He gets in really intelligent positions and showed he can finish with the 2 offside goals.

I think the defence was better in this game and it could well have been more. Weah is benefitting from playing further forward than last season and getting a few goals. Conceicao continues to have an impact on games, I'd be comfortable with a permanent move being completed for him now.

It feels like there's been more injuries across all teams since the lockdowns disrupted things in 2020. It's a blow losing Cabal both for him and the team as it'll put more pressure on Cambiaso who is used in multiple positions in different matches.

Cabal was playing brilliant at left back, massive loss, i thought he was playing a lot better than most others and leaves us with no chance to rest any full backs now. Danilo can give Savona rest but as Liam said not sure how Cambiaso will get a rest.

I think we'll see more of Rouhi, but from what I've seen of him (not much admittedly) I didn't think he was ready yet. Hopefully he'll step up but I don't think he'll have an impact like Savona has.

It also takes away the option of using Cambiaso in a more advanced role on either side of the pitch.

This is like pulling teeth. Get a proper striker on and stop messing with this Koopmeiners/ Mckennie false 9 crap. It's not working. Yildiz or Weah can play that role much better.

That was evident long before the end of the mercato but Guintoli didn't seem concerned as we were never linked with anyone.

Vlahovic isn't cutting the mustard either. Can't hold up the ball, can't head it, can't pass, doesn't score much from play. Milik is better.

I think Milik was expected back sooner than has happened, but it was still a risk to be relying on his fitness going into the season.

That was ferocious crap. I have to criticise Motta on this one. It was like he was playing for a draw. Koop didn't get into the game at all and he never tried to change anything tactically. Subs were like for like. It's not Bologna you're at. At Juve you must play to win.

What are the TNT commentators on about? The Villa player was nowhere near the ball and went into the back of Di Gregorio who likely would've caught or at least palmed it away.

I think the referee never awarded the goal, it looked like he blew for a foul straight away so VAR hasn't overturned anything.

It's a decent point, the defence has got better and adapted to not having Bremer there. I think Locatelli and Thuram are providing good solidity in front of the defenders too, which is a shame for Fagioli but I'd like to see him as a trequartista in place of Koopmeieners at the moment.

The decision making in the final third was sometimes poor, there were too many bad long range shots when a better option was available.
