You really see how low in stature we've become when we're fawning over a player who only plays with us because no one else will offer him more, and the club see him as some sort of superstar ta-boot, like the indespensible midfielder, please! The best of a bad lot of midfielders more like.
If the club are to sell Chiesa then wait until after the Euros when surely his stature will incease above 25m given he's improving his form again. We can't get Chiesa to sign yet we think the sun shines out of Rabiot's ass, it's messed up.
Motta will be very different to Allegri so some patience will probably be required as the player's adapt to his methods. The club has to back him even if things don't go well at first.
Yildiz can play as a 10 in the center and Chiesa wide as a 7 or 11. There's a lot of noise about Chiesa going to be sold so i could see Williams as his replacement out wide but everyone will probably want Williams now though.
I don't know much about Douglas Luiz, but he scored a few from midfield last season so hopefully brings more attacking threat in that area, which has been a problem for a few years now.
I'd have liked Iling Jr. to stay, but understand why he's gone as he wasn't a first choice player.
I hope not, but there's a year left on his deal. All will become clear in the next few weeks I'd imagine, but the idea of swapping him for a player in the same position seems pointless to me.
