A huge thanks for sharing this!

It’s a pretty mad story from over a century ago - I had a lot of fun piecing it all together using the newspaper reports from the time in the British Newspaper Archive

Thanks for posting, that was a good read.

Stories of tours from this period of football history always seem to be a bit crazy because the sport was still in it's infancy around the world.

A good read, thanks for posting.
It must have been so exciting to go places and experience different cultures in the pre-air travel, pre-internet age.
