On Twitter lately if I try to click on the sound on a video it opens the video in another page and it often then won't play the video at all. If I watch the video with no sound in the original tweet a lot of the time it just stops and keeps buffering until I give up & move on.
My signal is fine so I wonder if it's a problem with my phone or Twitter. I'm on Android 12 and using Chrome.
Watching vids on YouTube and other sites is fine.
Also not all vids on Twitter have the problem. It's super annoying & frustrating. Thoughts ?

Probably just twitter being twitter. There are settings in the twitter app to autoplay with and without sound but your issue appears inconsistent so maybe it's just a twitter thing.

I deleted twitter from my phone because when i think there's replies to a tweet they end up being a load of bot accounts posting screenshots of betting websites, and even if they are genuine replies a lot of the time they're someone venting. It's like the most depressing place in the universe, or maybe it's just the accounts i used to check!
Then there's the malfunctions like you're experiencing.
All those betting bots drove me loopy.

Thanks Myles. I went on Twitter last night and all the tabs have gone - For You, Trending, News, Sports and Entertainment. Now it's just one thread with the same few posts on it. Elon has broken it.
It was horrid a lot but also cool a lot.

I'm sorry Twitter is such a mess now because Elon Musk is a joke. I quite enjoyed the music & football on there but that's gone now.

Anyway I left as soon as he was taken to court to force his eventual purchase of the platform, it was always going to be a shitshow with him in charge!

I'm hardly on Twitter now because I was getting bombarded with right-wing accounts & none of the people I actually follow. I had a wee look at it this week when Tucker Carlson got fired from FOX to see what they were saying and it pretty much was exactly what I thought they would be saying.

When your Laptop is broken and you haven't transferred your music and stuff to a back-up, you can still retrieve it right, like from the hard drive? Right?! I had so much music on it, I don't fancy collecting it all again.

If you want to watch all the Marvel & Star Wars series it's ok. I'm using someone else's account (

) so I'm not sure about vfm.
They've got some good old progs on there like NYPD Blue and more modern stuff like The Bear which has very good reviews & is on my list.
I don't use it that much so maybe do a month & binge the stuff you want.

I don't think managers get yellow cards that often do they ?
If they get sent off it's usually only for one match unless they've done something awful.

They also get yellows, some get more than others.

For example, Paulo Fonseca, ahead of Milan - Roma game, had 3 yellow cards.

During that game, he was shown a yellow, then shortly after, a second yellow, was sent off and the next day he was dismissed.
