Probably because he was picked for England on past performances rather than current form. The little Englanders do need a figure for their vitriol!

In other news he played well yesterday & the comedy boos from the the Leicester contingent were hilariously sad.

My tortoise makes it through another winter hibernation, no mean feat as he's older than me, to be met with absolutely awful weather. I think he's back asleep awaiting some decent warmth & sunshine! I'm hopeful the forecast for the weekend onwards is correct & the poor thing gets going.

Tortoises have the right idea with hibernation. I think humans should take it up.

19 children & 2 women dead so far from yesterday's 'incident' in Texas. How many more ?
900 dead in mass shootings since Sandy Hook in 2012.

The constitutional right to bear arms is from 250 years ago & thankfully in many aspects the world has moved forward since then but will the National Rifle Association & it's supporters ever move from on?!?!
