Bttmuu: Openreach not coming to install my Fibre connection until the end of February.
I'm struggling along on 4G. Couldn't even open a web page earlier.
Is there anything I can do ? I need some technical advice.

I had a issues with Openreach a few years ago. We couldn't connect and they kept insisting that we were not connecting the cables to the box properly. After about two weeks, they finally sent out an engineer, turns out the problem was with the main box somewhere outside. Never got an apology.

My cold water tank is leaking. I had to get a plumber. £200 it's going to cost me and I'm not even paid yet.

A valve went on our tank last year. There was water coming down the wall & through the ceiling. I managed to turn the supply off at the stopcock quickly so it wasn't ruinous. Hearing water running where it shouldn't be is awful & I will never forget it. I just have a sense of unease now.

My young nephew (unbeknown to him) spreading the dreaded winter lurgy amongst the family after a get together. I was ill for 10 days, most for 2 or 3 weeks!

I've had a cold since Christmas. It just won't go away.

Thanks, it's not a debilitating cold, just a runny nose and occasional coughing, but annoying still.

They fixed that plumbing issue but the pipes make too many sounds for my liking and I get the FEAR. Honestly I think I might have plumbing PTSD.
