I agree, he's a marmite kind of guy! The reason I'm excited beside the reviews is Richard Linklater's involvement in the film.
How's the K-Drama marathon going?
What are you looking at?

I guess Linklater's involvement would be my reason to watch it too.
I've got 6 or 7 eps to go. I meant to watch some last night but I fell asleep.
The episodes are all an hour and a quarter long. It's got Shin Ha-Kyun in it so I've got to stick with it.
Love that guy.

Under The Bridge on Disney+ was a real life adaption in the vein of Mare Of Easttown (not as good though but few dramas are tbh) which made the series even more shocking. I thought it was great even allowing for the one meandering episode but that was because it was based on two books with differing perspectives by featured characters.
In the same streamer, I've started again on The Bear to see what all the fuss, good & bad, is about? Yes chef............

Kleo on Netflix has just seen the second series arrive this week so I thought I'd give it a go from the start. Ace, ace, ace! It's about an off the grid East German spy and set in Berlin as that Wall comes down in 1989 and is well worth catching.
Severance on Apple TV starts mid January next year, I can't wait.............

The first series of Colin From Accounts on iPlayer.
A binge of the second series is in my immediate future. So funny, I absolutely love it and there's an adorable dog in it as well.
I just started Gyeongseyong Creature on Netflix. Brutal beginning.
Series one of The Expanse, can't wait to see the rest of that.
Doom Patrol series 3. Still love it. Only one more series though. Boo.
Finally got around to Dune 2 & The Banshees of Inisherin.
Both great but for very different reasons.

I'm doing it again, binge watching things that are leaving Netflix soon. I don't know why I'm like this.
Through The Darkness - a bit like a Korean Mindhunter. Quite po-faced understandably. Passive main character that I found annoying at first but I liked him by the end.
Missing: The Other Side. Another Korean saga. Con man hits his head and can suddenly see dead people but only the missing ones whose bodies were never found. He solves the mystery with assorted others. A bit like Medium but with added histrionics.
Resident Alien - I love this. Funny but a bit dark.
