Bold statements by Juric & a bold team selection as well! At least we've scored the penalty and so far they've not converted good chances. Fingers crossed for three points......... :dunno:

Three points is three points. Nice to see Juric listened to me and picked Baldanzi, Pisilli, Kone, etc...

All of the above played well & we won! Baldanzi definitely stood out so hats off to (assistant) manager Duncan for his informed team selection. :fastheadbanging: :fastheadbanging: :coolreddancer: :coolreddancer:

That was an absolute disgrace! Here goes the rant- Why in the flying F are Celik and Cristante anywhere near starting?? Why is Hermoso playing over Hummels? Hummels only played in the CL Final last year and was in the team of the season? Hermoso sucks every time he plays. Pellegrini looks like he is going through the motions which tells me the team doesn't want Juric. Why did we get rid of BOVE???? To keep Paredes? Ugh

Juric has to go.

In a bad day of sport for myself, Roma topped the lot with a farcical display by the team & manager last night.

Juric has to go, they're not playing for him and that's another manager thrown under the bus by the squad. We could do with the Friedkins saying bye as well! Bag of shite.......

Giuseppe Giannini sums up the situation well!
Following last night’s debacle against Fiorentina, legendary Roma captain Giuseppe Giannini weighed in on the difficult situation at Trigoria.

"At this moment even Guardiola would struggle at Roma, though.”

Also, whatever happens next, for the love of chr*st can we please stop playing 3 CB's / 5 at the back!! :angryhandswaving:

I know there are some teams (Inter and Atalanta especially) that make it work for them, but it's more often than not been a total disaster for Roma in an attacking sense!

Story on Football Italia, doesn't sound like the fans are particularly happy about the way things are going right now.... :ninja:
Roma fans furious at everyone

Doesn't sound like a DDR comeback is very likely....
Despite the club deciding against his sacking directly after the 5-1 defeat to Fiorentina, Juric’s position at Roma hangs in the balance.

According to the newspaper, however, even if Juric were to be let go, Roma would not bring back Daniele De Rossi.

The club has already made it clear that it does not intend to recall Daniele De Rossi, instead focusing on a new coach, selected from a list of Italian and foreign candidates.

I didn't catch the game but a win keeps Juric in a job but the fans are still unhappy.

That banner would be very funny if it wasn't true! :wideeyed: :tongueout:

Feel bad, but that late goal will at least hasten the search for a new manager..... :ninja: :dunno:

A shame, as Juric eventually got the memo that Kone and Le Fee were the answer in the centre of midfield, but when you're still stubbornly wedded to a playing formation that means you feel the necessity to pick Zalewski at LWB again, with the inevitable disastrous consequences.....you really are condemning yourself....

Why not move Angelino further up the field, start Hummels in the middle with Ndicka on the left and Mancini on the right? Anyways, I thought the second goal for Verona should have been either interference on GK or a foul for the elbow on Ndicka.

YET, still should win at Verona. Or maybe not. Maybe Roma just suck
