We need to score first tonight looking at that team selection!

Knock out football’s certainly easier if you don’t let the opposition score!

Not one for the purists, and at times you almost feel Jose’s out to troll the XG analysts on Twitter, but that was a hell of a gutsy defensive performance. And one which I never really felt we were ever under the cosh.

No offence to our fellow forum members of a black and white persuasion, but I’m glad we don’t have the possibility of losing to another Italian team in the final….

A few goals & a win would be nice this evening.
I think team selction will depend on the points deduction Juve receive today? It's rumoured to be 12 now rather than 9!

Matic with a great finish for the draw. It's not enough but at least we didn't lose.

Strange UEFA scheduling imho!
I expect a scratch team tomorrow, we have a much more important match on Wednesday so I've no idea what the selection by JM will be. I'm just hoping a few of the walking wounded are fit for the final.

Jeez, what a stumble over the line we're making in Serie A....
Slightly strange comments from Jose about how he would have picked different teams in recent weeks if he'd known Juve were to get a points penalty after all. Surely he knew there was a good chance they would still get a penalty?!
Hey ho, we've a chance of making it a memorable season on Wednesday night!

I'm looking forward to tomorrow night with equal parts excitement & trepidation, either way I'm bloody nervous.
It appears our chances of getting the walking wounded onto the pitch in Budapest are improving so that's a positive at least and the Roma faithful will be there in slightly bigger numbers than last years Final to add their noise/ support which always helps the cause. It should be some match!

The Puskas stadium is massive, so imagine it will be some atmosphere tomorrow!
Our poor league form was dampening my enthusiasm, but just read a few preview articles and right up for it again.
You do feel that Jose has gone all in on trying to win his 6th European final from 6 appearances, and because there's a strong chance he may walk away afterwards it might have led to hm taking his eye off our league form, but if he can deliver we'll all happily forgive him!
BTW - saw some leaked details about next season's Adidas strip, I like it

I expect a good few thousand Roma in the neutral areas of the ground as from past experience the black market for final tickets is driven by the host nation's fans. As you said TR, it will be some atmosphere.
I'm much more excited and charged up today and hoping we maintain JM's record in UEFA finals. FIngers crossed we do it. Only 12.5 hours till KO...............
I love that Adidas kit, that's a great find!
