That's a tough penalty decision on Atleti. Did the guy touch it with the left foot when slipping? A retake seems a fairer choice in those cases going forward but if he kicked it twice then that's that.

I'm still not convinced he touched it twice and yes a retake in those circumstances would be fair.

I did see an angle today where it looked like he did touch it twice, just barely.
