Dels, have a listen to Vince Staples - Dark Times. One for the Hip-Hop headz.........
On a House Music tip, Musclecars - Sugar Honey Iced Tea! is an ace debut. I've also been listening a lot to the 1988 classic set, Fast Eddie - Jack To The Sound.

I had the misfortune of hearing Katy Perry's new song. Its literally the worst song I have ever heard. And, apparently, it took 6 people to write such crap.

So true. Katy is 38/39. I remember back in 1998, a certain Madonna was 40. People wondered what she would do after Evita. People kinda thought she was over. But she came back with Ray of Light, and it blew everyone away. That's how you make a comeback. Not that I'm comparing Perry to Madonna, but you don't have to be this trashy.

Common & Pete Rock - The Auditorium, Vol 1 is quality Hip-Hop which gets better with every listen.
I've been catching up on the back catalogue of the late Big L out of Harlem. He passed many years ago in typical NYC Hip-Hop circumstances unfortunately but his legacy lives on.
Anyone heard Jack White's new album? Any good?

I saw the great man live in 1990 at the International in Manchester and he was as good as you'd think. A masterfull performance & one which I'll never forget.
