Unfortunately I think Palermo are now part of Man City's group of clubs......
*Gulp* That's changed my mind, Venezia it is then. Also they have ace kits & their ground is on an island!

Palermo are indeed part of the City group. So are Girona, so them pushing Real and Barca this season wasn't a huge surprise.

I think I'm hoping for Catanzaro, a southern team that I can't remember being in Serie A.

That Ternana Bari game is a playout and i think the first leg was 1-1 so Bari could be relegated to Serie C.

Ternana is in Friuli near Udinese and Cremonese in Cremona between Milan and Brescia i think. As Liam said Catanzaro is the ball of the foot.

Well, this is disappointing news....

Giancarlo Rinaldi @ginkers
Serie A coverage in the UK update 🧵 after @HenryBellCalcio flagged up concerns about @footballontnt
cutting back. I’m afraid it’s bad news for Calcio fans with much reduced coverage planned for the season ahead after getting pretty much every match in recent years. 1/6

More details will emerge shortly but they’ve confirmed to me that they will only screen 76 games this season which translates to exactly two a week starting with Inter at Genoa on Saturday and Cagliari hosting Roma on Sunday. An 80% reduction on previous levels. 2/6

That's very disappointing. I did look at their schedule and saw that there was only a couple of matches and assumed the rest would be on one of their extra channels, obviously not.

Latest update is that additional matches will be shown by One Football (app). :coffeecomputer:

No word on costs yet, but talk of previous matches costing £1.99 pay per view.

Though imagine a fair percentage of Juve/Roma/Inter matches will likely be shown on TNT each weekend, so probably won't be a huge issue for fans of the bigger clubs....

I've never used One Football but looking at their site they have matches from various leagues for 1.99 euros, although the Inter - Genoa match is 4.99, and it mentions a Serie A pass. I may need to look into it more.

I'd say buy one match first to see what the streaming is like before forking out for a season, unless they're known to be good i suppose.

Link to matches they are showing below, (Juve vs Como on Monday night) showing as free to watch, while the two TNT matches are £4.99. If that continues it woundn't be the worst result in the world for TNT subscribers, though not being able to record and watch back later is of course a pain.... :spankingstick:
